Responbilities
- Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to prospective customers
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities
- Schedule appointments or hand over qualified prospects to the Sales Executive
- Present company services and answer customer inquiries
- Close sales opportunities when applicable
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telesales, preferably in a service-based company
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear and confident speaking voice
- Target-oriented with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiar with CRM or sales database systems is a plus
