Responbilities

  • Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to prospective customers
  • Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities
  • Schedule appointments or hand over qualified prospects to the Sales Executive
  • Present company services and answer customer inquiries
  • Close sales opportunities when applicable
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telesales, preferably in a service-based company
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and confident speaking voice
  • Target-oriented with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Familiar with CRM or sales database systems is a plus
