Responbilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and referral networks
  • Acquire new clients and expand market share
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in accordance with company procedures
  • Manage and update leads, client data, and sales activities in CRM
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs and project delivery
  • Support sales and marketing activities, events, and business networking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field
  • Min 2 years of sales experience, preferably in certification, verification, or training services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-oriented with a strong drive to develop new business opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
