Responbilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and referral networks
- Acquire new clients and expand market share
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in accordance with company procedures
- Manage and update leads, client data, and sales activities in CRM
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs and project delivery
- Support sales and marketing activities, events, and business networking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field
- Min 2 years of sales experience, preferably in certification, verification, or training services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with a strong drive to develop new business opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
